Processing: 1-5 business days

Exceptions: larger orders may take longer as these are made to order, or if there is a sudden influx of orders which may hinder my ability to make things quickly. If there is a time frame needed to receive your order, reach out prior to purchase so an estimated date may be given. 

Exceptions may not go over a 2 week process unless reached out to, otherwise a refund will be given.

Due to constant shipping issues, we will no longer ship the week prior to any holiday, if your item is due to ship around then, please expect it to ship the following week to prevent orders being lost in the mail and other logistics issues.

Shipping is via UPS only unless otherwise requested.

All sales are final unless due to negligence of Enchanting Tides, otherwise replacements may be given.
