All seashells are real, and were hand drilled to make custom crafts, jewelry and artwork. Sizes may vary from 2-3"
small box is 4x6" filled, comes with 5-7 shells
medium box is 6x6" filled, comes with 10-15 shells
large box is 6x8" filled, comes with 15-20 shells
Predrilled Seashells
Process time is anywhere from 1-5 business days. Smaller orders will be fulfilled quicker while much larger orders will be longer than 5 business days.

What is considered a larger order: These are all handmade and made to order. I do not have an unlimited amount of supplies, including silicone and the masters to create the molds.
If you have an order that requires more silicone than I keep in stock, more cutting boards than I have wood in stock etc. there will be an additional wait time to wait for the supplies to be delivered.
If it is one item but many copies of it, please note I do not typically have large quantity orders so I do not keep stock and most of what I create takes an entire day to create one item, so if for example you order 6 of the same items, it may take 6+ days to create.
If you are putting in a large order please reach out to me prior to purchase as once the order starts to be fulfilled or after 24 hours of purchase, I do not do cancellations.
Shipping:
You choose which form of shipping you prefer. Please note these are not hand delivered and I bare 0 responsibility of the post office.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, the next steps would be to check cameras if you have them, check in with your neighbors, and to contact USPS for them to use GPS location to find where it was left.
Theft and lost packages is not at fault of me nor the business and bares no responsibility to locate or deliver your package.
UPSP, UPS and the like are known for delayed packaged, if this is an urgent delivery, your best option would be to buy express shipping as this is a guarenteed delivery date. Me nor the shop bares any responsibility for delayed packages while in shipment.
Returns & exchanges are not accepted unless under these special circumstances:
Item that arrives is not the same as what was ordered
Item comes damaged due to sellers fault *damaged during shipment not included, however please still reach out for a resolve with photos of proof of damage*
Description of product is insufficient and item that arrives is not what was expected due to lack of sizing or shape not within photos or written description.
